firm profile
Wiley B. Pollard, Architect
Wiley founded the firm in March 1987. Over the subsequent years, he built up a successful practice based on the principles that Architecture is a service, and it is through being good listeners and always offering our clients options to choose from that we arrive at truly custom designs. We take pride in continuing these guiding principles in all of the work we do.
Wiley retired in 2014 and is enjoying his days on the water with his wife Amy.
Eugene F. Hodgson, Architect
“Gene” joined the firm as an architectural intern in 1994. He became a partner in Pollard Hodgson Architects in 2003 and the sole owner in 2015. As principal architect, Gene is involved in all client services, including project design, supervision of construction documents and construction observation. A 1991 architectural graduate of the University of Oregon, Gene lives in Shreveport with his wife Kelly and their two children, Carl and GraceAnne.
When he’s not working on clients’ projects, Gene is working on his own project – renovating his family’s camp house in Bethany, LA where he and his family enjoy weekends surrounded by chickens, horses, and even a pair of peacocks.
